Can I get an abortion in Juneau?
Not since the fall of 2024 when the Juneau Planned Parenthood Health Center closed. Virtual services are still available, but not abortions. Read about your options at the top of this page.
Where can I get information on reproductive health services?
JPCC maintains an updated list of providers in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. We also have information on funding sources and low-interest loans. Email us at juneauchoice@gmail.com.
What is the "Crisis Pregnancy Center" or "Care Net"?
The ''CPC'' or ''Care Net'' is an anti-choice operation with local chapters whose purpose is to talk women out of having abortions. Under the guise of "counseling," they present biased and medically questionable propaganda to women who have come seeking advice about their options. The Juneau Pregnancy Resource Center is a CPC. JPCC does not recommend anyone looking for abortion care information or services go to JPRC or any CPC/Care Net franchise, as they do not provide referral services for abortions. They are not a resource.
